Checking Your Voicemail
Avaya Cloud Office offers three ways to check your voicemail messages. You can do so via your desk phone, your softphone (installed software on your PC or mobile device) or within your settings page at https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com.
-
Desk phone
The light on the top right of your deskphone will be lit if you have a voicemail. To access your voicemail, press the button with an envelope (roughly halfway down the right side of the device) or dial *86. Enter the six digit pin that you set when you created your account. If you require the pin to be reset, please reach out to support@nyccbf.org (if you are in the Benefit Funds or Hollow Metal) or its@nydistrictcouncil.org (if you are in the District Council or Inspector General's Office). The voice prompts will provide the remaining instructions.

Softphone
Within the softphone application, click Phone and then All Voicemail.

Settings page
Navigate to https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com in a browser of your choice and sign in. If you are not a queue manager or a user group manager, you will be taken directly to the page in the screenshot below which will allow you to listen to your voicemails and mark them as read.
If you are a queue manager or user group manager, you will be taken to a different page. To reach the page above, check the upper right hand corner of the page you've logged into. You should see something similar to the below screenshot. Click the dropdown to the left of the 3x3 squares icon and select My Extension to change to the page in the screenshot above. The dropdown may read Call Queue Management (as in the screenshot below) or may say something like Admin Portal, depending on whether you're a queue manager, user group manager, or both.
